The Museo de Arte Contemporáneo Gas Natural Fenosa (MAC) presented earlier this year a major retrospective of Manuel Vilariño's work. Part of the exhibition, which shows a set of works made since 1981 can now be seen in Portugal in the gallery Carlos Carvalho Contemporary Art. Manuel Vilariño received the National Photography Prize in 2007 and took part of the Venice Biennale in the same year. The artists unites poetry with photography, showing how can these two different paths are inseparable in his work.
